WHAT WE DO

Net Sports Management is led by an aggressive team of licensed NBA and NFL agents, trusted industry professionals, and sports marketing experts.  In addition to being licensed sports agents, Johnny Hamood and Nick Pandya are licensed attorneys in the State of Michigan, which provides them with a unique experience and perspective from which your sports career will be managed.

Our goal is to maximize your goals, both during your career in the arena and into the next phase of your life.   To that end, we will strive to obtain the maximum compensation available to you for your talents.   That compensation includes team/league pay, but also endorsement deals, sponsorships, and name/image/likeness (NIL) money.

PROFESSIONAL SPORTS CONTRACT NEGOTIATION

You have done the work.  You have put in the time.  You are soon to be a professional athlete.  Now you need someone in your corner that understands contract negotiation, applicable laws, and the rules governing the collective bargaining agreement in order to get max compensation.   Who better to have in your corner than a firm with over a decade of experience in law and decades of experience in sports?    Net Sports will maximize your compensation and fight for you.

DRAFT PREP AND COMBINE TRAINING

We can provide unique and individual training opportunities to our clients for pre-draft workouts and preparation for the next level.  Additionally, we will make the proper contacts and communication channels to maximize player exposure through available All-Star games, combines, pro-days, mini-camps, and more.

NIL AND ENDORSEMENT DEALS

Whether a professional or collegiate athlete, you have the power to maximize compensation based on your name, image and likeness ("NIL").  We seek to partner with companies willing to properly compensate our athletes for their marketing powers; this is done through in-person appearances, autograph signings, commercials, social media postings, and more.

TRANSFER PORTAL ADVISING

In most cases, the NCAA does not restrict transfers if you are a collegiate player seeking a new home for your talents - we can assist in not only finding you the right fit for your next chapter, but also maximizing compensation throughout the process.

WHAT IS “NIL”?

College sports are currently undergoing what may prove to be the single most significant change they will ever experience, all from one simple question: should college athletes be paid? The answer comes down to three letters: NIL.

In the simplest of terms, Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) is a term that describes the means through which college athletes are allowed to receive financial compensation.  NIL refers to the use of an athlete’s name, image, and likeness through marketing and promotional endeavors. This can include autograph signings, product endorsements, social media posts, and more.

We have been extremely successful in finding both productive and financially lucrative NIL deals for our clients.   These deals allow our clients to earn income, while providing a valuable service to corporate partners we obtain.  Each NIL client is unique, and we will utilize all efforts to obtain, and maintain, ancillary income streams for our clients during their collegiate careers.

In most states, and very soon in all states, even high school athletes can start earning NIL deals.  Contact us to learn more about your options moving forward!
